Direct edge welding process
It is connected by spiral strips and string strips. The spiral strips and string strips at the ends of the mesh belt are welded by argon arc. The mesh surface is flat and the welding points are full and round.
This process has the advantages of easy connection and disassembly, and convenient installation and maintenance of the mesh belt.
Edge hook process
The strips of the mesh belt are connected to each other.
This process provides a firm edge without welding caps. Even if the mesh belt is deformed during production, the spiral strips and threading strips will not loosen.
Edge guard welding process
A baffle is installed on the edge of the mesh belt. After the threading strip passes through the hole of the baffle, the threading strip and the baffle are welded with argon arc gaskets.
The advantage of this process is that the baffle can effectively increase the edge strength of the threading strip and is easy to disassemble and maintain.
